2 Years Old
Well sure enough, the weekend was filled with activity and 2 year olds. We started out Friday building the ultimate car cake for the birthday party on Saturday. Grammie Jan was there and gave Carter the gifts she bought. One of the gifts was this battery-operated car that flips when it hits something and then keeps going in another direction. The problem, or the best part (if you are Carter) is you really can't predict which way it is going to go next. So, with all the excitement and shrieking coming from Carter and Amelia, the hysterical laughing coming from me and my mom, we couldn't hear the fact that Landon (who, by the way, was on my lap) was screaming too. His screaming, however, was out of sheer terror. Poor kid. It took me a while to calm him down. Yikes...that's some good parenting right there.
